Weekly Recap: May 2-8

Pretty normal week of workouts besides running the MommyMile 5K on Saturday morning.  I won a free entry and couldn't pass up a chance at running a race!  I'll post a "race report" later in the week.

Monday: 1 hr Clocked @ System of Strength

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 45 min Spinning @ Y (on my own)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 1 hr In the Mix @ System of Strength

Saturday: MommyMile 5K (25:50; course was about 1/4 quarter short)

Sunday: Rest

Total: 3 mi
