Weekly Recap: June 6-12

Sciatica isn't getting any better but it's not getting worse which is a good thing in my opinion.  It also seems to be getting easier to deal with because I'm getting used to it; it's never really been painful but just annoying and uncomfortable.  With that being said, I've still been able to get in some good workouts.  I went to the Y twice last week, taught twice, and worked out at the hotel in Naples, Florida twice.

Monday: 45 min cardio (15 min Stepmill + 30 min elliptical)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 45 min Spinning @ Y (on my own)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 30 min elliptical + 15 min strength/cardio circuit @ hotel

Saturday: 45 min strength/cardio circuit @ hotel

Sunday: Rest
