Obviously with the birth of Cecelia last Monday, I'll be taking it easy for the next couple weeks...mainly walking and potentially adding in some light strength training in another week or two. I plan to go back to teaching Spin/TRX in about a month and at some point, will need to get on a Spinning bike to see how that's going to feel! So far though, I already feel so much better now than I did after having Lucy. Although, I am slightly disappointed/frustrated that my sciatica still feels exactly the same. I was hoping for a little bit more relief after having Cece.
