Weekly Recap: July 4-10

I'm not sure why I still post these because I've literally been doing the exact same workouts now for the past month or so and it will continue until the baby is here.  I'm dying to get back to classes at System of Strength but for now, Spinning will have to suffice.

Monday: 45 min cardio/strength circuit @ home

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 40 min Spinning @ Y (on my own)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 1 hr Spinning @ Y (on my own)

Saturday: 30 min Spinning @ Y (on my own) + 15 min cardio/strength circuit

Sunday: Rest
