On Saturday, we made our annual trip to pumpkin patch and enjoyed a beautiful day at Jacquemin Farms. This was our third year going and Cece's first trip to the pumpkin patch! Since it was such a nice day, Lucy was able to play for a bit in the kids' area (last year, it was drizzling when we went so Lucy never got a chance to play) and then we took the hayride out to the pumpkin patch to find a big pumpkin for Lucy and a little one for Cece (per Lucy's request). After we got our pumpkin, Lucy played for a little bit longer before having a pumpkin donut as a special treat. I held off on having a donut because I know they won't compare to the ones we'll get on Friday at the Circleville Pumpkin Show, one of my favorite events of the year!

The blow up obstacle course...Lucy loved this!

and going down the slide

And she played in the corn for a little bit too

Lucy found a smaller pumpkin for Cece and tried to pull it off the vine
but daddy needed to cut that one too
