Finally after 3 weeks off from running, I was able to run again! I ran 3 mi on Wednesday and 18 mi on Saturday with lots of cross training throughout the week. I hope to run 2-3 times this week including a speedwork session, a longer run midweek, and a long run on Saturday with some miles at goal marathon pace. It all depends on how my leg is feeling though! TWO WEEKS UNTIL GO TIME!
Monday: 40 min bike; lifted total body
Tuesday: 1 hr elliptical
Wednesday: 45 min elliptical; lifted total body
3 mi after work in 23:14 (7:44 pace; 7:49, 7:40, 7:42)
Thursday: 1 hr elliptical
Friday: REST
Saturday: 18 mi in 2:30:17 (8:21 pace)
Sunday: 30 min bike; core workout (no core or spinning class d/t Easter)
TOTAL: 21 miles
