I felt like my workouts were finally back on track this week. I definitely had a few really good lifting sessions because I was sore for a couple days. I love that feeling, it makes me feel like I actually did something, you know? My leg is feeling good but I've told myself I'm not even going to attempt to run until June 1 so looks like I still have another month on the elliptical & bike.
Monday: 35 min elliptical; lifted total body
Tuesday: 65 min elliptical
Wednesday: 30 min elliptical; total body circuit
Thursday: 45 min elliptical
Friday: REST
Saturday: 30 min elliptical, 30 min bike; lifted total body
Sunday: taught 20 min core & taught 50 min spinning
