Grape salad right after I made it
After refrigerating it overnight...some of the brown sugar has soaked in
You can see the brown sugar soaking through the rest of the dish
1 lb. green seedless grapes
1 lb. red seedless grapes
1 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened
8 0z. sour cream
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1. Wash all grapes and spread out onto paper towel to dry.
2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla well. Mix this over grapes and pack into glass bowl.
3. Mix brown sugar and chopped pecans and place over top of grape mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
