Power Flow

I've been taking a TRX Suspension Training Class at PAI Yoga & Fitness for the past couple months and I decided to try a few of the yoga classes there too. After going to my first yoga class a couple weeks ago, I went back again on Tuesday morning and tried Power Flow for all levels. My first yoga class was a beginners class & it was very basic and simple so I was hoping for something more and this was definitely it. Luckily, the instructor was very hands on & would walk around and help with our form. I think it was a little obvious I had never done yoga before but overall, I was pretty happy with how I did. I definitely need to work on my balance but I'm hoping the yoga will help with that along with loosening my hip flexors because boy, did they feel tight during class....wow! I can't wait to go back again and hopefully get more of the lingo down. I was definitely watching everyone around me to see what move what we were supposed to do next. Maybe I'll even get a pink yoga mat for Christmas....

Since yoga's my favorite way to work out, it's very exciting that you're considering getting your own mat and may keep up with it! Chan and PAI are the best.
