Weekly Recap: November 29-December 5

I had to take a few days off during the week so it wasn't the best week but I guess it could have been worse.

Monday: 1 hr TRX Suspension Training class

Tuesday: 30 min elliptical; jump rope & push ups

Wednesday: REST

Thursday: REST

Friday: REST

Saturday: 4 mi (7:51 pace); lifted total body

Sunday: taught 20 min core & taught 50 min spinning

TOTAL: 4 mi
