Weekly Recap: May 23-29

Todd & I are a couple weeks into Insanity and are starting to repeat all the workouts again. I'm hoping they'll start to get a little easier next week but the good news is I feel like I am getting stronger and I love doing it (kinda like how I love to torture myself by running 26.2 miles too). I've been slacking on yoga again so hope to make it to one class this week.

Monday: Insanity Cardio Power & Resistance (40 min)
4 mi (8:05 pace)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX combo class

Wednesday: 6 mi (8:12 pace)
Insanity Pure Cardio (40 min)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX combo class
taught 1 hr spinning

Friday: REST

Saturday: 8 mi (8:10 pace)

Sunday: taught 20 min core & taught 50 min spinning

TOTAL: 18 mi
