I ended the week with 29 miles (wishing I would have run 1 more mile at some point during the week to hit 30) and felt great on my humid 14 miler early on Saturday morning. My bachelorette party was Saturday night so I had a sub for my core & spinning classes on Sunday morning and took full advantage of a rest day. This week will be more of the same with a slight increase in mileage.
Monday: 7 mi (8:02 pace)
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX combo class
Wednesday: Insanity Max Cardio Conditioning (50 min)
4 mi (8:03 pace)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX combo class
Friday: 4 mi w/ Todd (8:46 pace)
Saturday: 14 mi (8:11 pace)
Sunday: REST
TOTAL: 29 mi
