I attempted to run on Wednesday morning when I was at the gym but I only last a couple minutes before my knee started to bother me. I'm not sure if it was because I was on a treadmill or if it really is something else but whatever it is, I need to figure it out because I'm dying to run again!
Monday: Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit (40 min)
Hot Power Flow Yoga (75 min)
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX combo class
Wednesday: 45 min elliptical (running was a big fat fail!)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX combo class
Friday: Insanity Pure Cardio (40 min)
Saturday: REST
Sunday: taught 20 min core & taught 50 min spinning
