Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookie Pie

I have so many recipes I want to try from Pinterest, it's ridiculous. I'm bringing dessert to dinner next week when a few of my college roommates get together so I figured I'd test out one of the many desserts I have pinned. I settled on the Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookie Pie because it looked like it wouldn't take much time to make, which is perfect since I'll have to make it when I get home from work before going to my friend's house.

The ingredients

Cookie dough in the pie crust

Fresh from the oven

Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookie Pie

Ingredients:

1 recipe pie crust (that will fit one 9-inch pie)

2 large eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup Peanut Butter M&M’s
2/3 cup milk chocolate morsels

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. On a lightly floured surface, roll pie crust to ¼ -inch thickness. Transfer and press into a 9-inch pie plate. Crimp edge, if desired.
3. In a medium bowl, combine sugar, flour, peanut butter, and butter, mixing well.
4. Add eggs, vanilla, Peanut Butter M&M’s, and chocolate morsels. Transfer filling to prepared pie crust.
5. Bake until firm in the middle, approximately 45-50 minutes
