December is never my best month for workouts with my crazy schedule at work. I had to get up at 3:00 AM on both Monday & Wednesday this week to be at work by 3:45 AM. I was lucky to squeeze in a few miles each of those days but I couldn't do much more because I was pretty tired. The good news though is that my knee hasn't hurt with any of my runs & I think coming back slow (both in distance & pace) has been key. I joined a new gym this week & went on Saturday morning. The Spinning instructor wasn't that great but I was still able to push myself and get in a good workout. Luckily, the instructors on Saturday mornings alternate so this week it'll be someone different.
Monday: 3 mi (8:29 pace)
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX combo class
Wednesday: 3 mi (8:28 pace); Abs/Core (15 min)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX combo class
Saturday: 2.5 mi (8:17 pace); 1 hr Spinning
Sunday: 1 hr Hot Power Flow Yoga; 30 min elliptical
TOTAL: 8.5 mi
