Weekly Recap: January 30-February 5

I taught 7 classes & had my longest run in quite a few months with a 12 miler on Monday morning. I'm planning on running a half marathon at the end of February so I'm trying to up my mileage in the next few weeks.

Monday: 12 mi (8:15 pace)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX combo class
taught 30 min Core & 45 min Spinning

Wednesday: REST

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX combo class

Friday: 5 mi (8:03 pace)

Saturday: 6 mi (3 x 1 mi @ 7:46, 7:27, 7:11; 7:47 pace)

Sunday: taught 45 min Spinning & 30 min Core
taught 1 hr Spinning

TOTAL: 23 mi

I don't know how you were still smiling during spin after teaching 2 other classes! You are awesome! That was a great class! Glad I came!
