Feeling a little under the weather at the end of the week but still happy I squeezed in 31 miles. Cap City 1/2 Marathon is in 2 weeks so I'm hoping for one more "long" run this weekend.

good luck in your upcoming race. there is no way i could keep pace with you to train for my 1/2 in february!! maybe i need to rethink this idea.....
