With my next 1/2 marathon just a month away, I was able to step up my mileage a bit last week & ended the week with a great 10 mile run. I'm going to have to find some new running routes at the end of this week since we move on Thursday. I really like our current location of our townhome because I can run to the Heritage Trail from our place; it was perfect for long runs.
Monday: 6 mi (7:57 pace)
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX combo class
taught 30 min Core & taught 45 min Spinning
Wednesday: 4 mi (8:16 pace)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX combo class
Friday: 5 mi (7:52 pace)
Saturday: taught 1 hr Spinning
Sunday: 10 mi (8:05 pace)
TOTAL: 25 mi
