Weekly Recap: June 18-24

A couple mornings last week I felt like sleep was more important than running so my weekly mileage wasn't very high.  This week will be my last week of "lower" mileage before I start to crank it up in July. 

Monday: REST

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class
taught 30 min Core and taught 45 min Spinning

Wednesday: 7 mi (8:10 pace; progression run with last mile in 7:25)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class

Friday: 4 mi (8:28 pace)

Saturday: 14 mi (8:10 pace)

Sunday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class

TOTAL: 25 mi
