I've been hitting about 30 miles/week for the past month and I actually feel like I'm getting faster. I ran 10 mi on Sunday morning and my last couple miles were around 7:40 pace and it felt comfortable. I have a 5K this Friday evening & I have a time goal in mind but I won't be sharing until after the race....don't want to jinx myself!
Monday: 4 mi (8:29 pace)
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class
taught 30 min Core and taught 45 min Spinning
Wednesday: 5 mi (7:59 pace; 8:34, 8:21, 8:04, 7:35, 7:21)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class
Friday: 7 mi (8:22 pace)
Saturday: 4 mi (8:36 pace)
taught 1 hr Spinning
Sunday: 10 mi (8:01 pace)
taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class
TOTAL: 30 mi
