Weekly Recap: June 25-July 1

Not quite how I expected last week to go in terms of running but that all changes today.  Today, I start training for the Akron Marathon.

Monday: 6 mi (Speedwork 2 x 1 mi @ 7:05, 6:51; 7:52 average pace)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class
taught 30 min Core and taught 45 min Spinning

Wednesday: 7 mi (8:05 pace)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class

Friday: REST

Saturday: 4 mi (8:30 pace)
taught 1 hr Spinning

Sunday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

TOTAL: 17 mi
