Lots of hard runs last week including a 5K on Saturday morning. After marathon training is done in a few weeks, I'd love to focus on trying to break 20:00 in the a 5K. This week will be another increase in mileage with my last long run before I have a 2 week taper for the NYC Marathon.

Monday: 6 mi (7:28 pace; 3 x 1 mi @ 6:48, 6:44, 6:45 w/ 1 mi easy in b/w)
4 mi (8:27 pace)
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class
Wednesday: 7 mi progression run (7:52 pace; 8:31-->7:12)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class
4 mi (7:02 pace; 7:36, 6:50, 6:54, 6:45)
Friday: 5 mi (8:30 pace)
Saturday: Genoa Firefighter 5K (20:23; 6:34 pace; 1st female overall)
4 mi (8:37 pace)
Sunday: 10 mi (8:04 pace)
