I tend to do the majority of my workouts before 7:00 AM and this week I had to be at work at 6:45 AM a few days so it limited my workouts. I also subbed a spinning class on Saturday morning and never got around to running. Low week of mileage but with no race plans in mind, I really am okay with it.
Monday: REST
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Wednesday: 5 mi in AM (8:18 pace)
4 mi in PM (8:32 pace)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
taught 30 min TRX/Yoga & took 30 min Yoga
Friday: 75 min Power Flow Yoga
Saturday: taught 1 hr Spinning
Sunday: 4 mi (8:34 pace)
taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
TOTAL: 13 mi
