I only had to teach once this week because of Thanksgiving so I was able to run more. Finished the week with 25 miles and ran my longest run (7 mi) in almost a year!
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
3 mi (7:47 pace)
Wednesday: 5 mi (8:19 pace)
Thursday: 4 mi (7:54 pace; 8:12, 8:00, 7:52, 7:33)
Friday: 2 mi warm up (8:12, 7:36) & TRX workout
Saturday: 7 mi (8:32 pace)
Sunday: 4 mi (8:09 pace)
TOTAL: 25 mi
