Took a couple days off from running and my legs felt great at the end of the week! Really proud of my 8 mi run on Friday that I did in 1:01:37 while throwing in some mile repeats. Finished the week with 30 miles of running!
Monday: 30 min of cardio drills including running 1 mi (5% incline, 8:17 pace)
15 min Jackie Warner Xtreme Abs dvd
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
taught 1 hr Spinning
Wednesday: 5 mi in AM (7:50 pace)
3 mi in PM (7:54 pace)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Friday: 8 mi (7:42 pace; 4 x 1 mi @ 7:30, 7:28, 7:23, 7:17)
Saturday: 7 mi (8:08 pace)
Sunday: 6 mi (8:03 pace)
TOTAL: 30 mi
