Most of my runs this week went by fairly quickly as I watched the Olympics from the night before during my early morning runs. Still haven't attempted a double digit run yet (I've run 9 mi a couple times) in over a year but hoping to do that in the next week or two. I know I can easily do it, it's just a matter of the motivation to be on the treadmill for that long!
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
3 mi (7:32 pace)
Wednesday: 5 mi (8:20 pace)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Friday: 9 mi (8:08 pace)
Saturday: 7 mi (7:59 pace)
Sunday: 4 mi (7:38 pace w/ 2 x 1 mi @ 7:22, 7:09)
TOTAL: 28 mi
