I had 3 goals for this past week & accomplished all three; 1) do mile repeats and try to run one under 7:00 min pace (check...did 3 x 1 mi on Wed and ran 1 of the miles in 6:55), 2) run a double digit run (check...ran 10 mi on Fri morning), and 3), do the Jackie Warner Xtreme Abs DVD (check...did it yesterday morning after my run).
Hoping to have my total mileage around 30 miles this week! Officially started training for the Cap City Half Marathon on May 3.
Monday: 5 mi (8:20 pace)
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Wednesday: 6 mi (7:25 pace w/ 3 x 1 mi @ 7:09, 7:02, 6:55)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Friday: 10 mi (8:09 pace)
Saturday: taught 75 min Spin/TRX
Sunday: 4 mi (8:06 pace)
15 min Jackie Warner Xtreme Abs DVD
TOTAL: 25 mi
