I took Monday off from running to do a high intensity interval training workout that I put together for the firefighters that I train a couple weeks ago. I was surprised I was able to get through it 4 times in less than 30 minutes. I also subbed a Spin Core class on Saturday morning and chose not to run beforehand so I only ended up running 3 days this week, including a 12 mi long run on Friday morning.
Monday: HIIT circuit (went through it 4 times)
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Wednesday: 7 mi (7:54 pace)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Friday: 12 mi (8:07 pace)
Saturday: taught 1 hr Spin Core
Sunday: 6 mi (7:44 pace)
TOTAL: 25 mi
