House Update

When we moved into our house 2 years ago, there were a few updates we knew we wanted to make in the first few years.  Since I was pregnant last year, we spent a lot of time making a wonderful nursery for Lucy so some of our other home projects were put on hold.  I'm happy to say that we finally crossed one update off of our list last week as we got a new shower door installed in our master bathroom!

It's hard to tell from the pictures but our new shower door really makes a huge difference.  The old one was cheap, flimsy plastic with silver framing that ran down the middle.  Our new door is glass, is much thicker, and is wider with no silver framing down the middle which honestly somehow makes the shower feel a lot bigger.  It was well worth the money we spent!

Old door on the left, new door on the right

Another view although I apparently didn't take the picture at the same angle

Our next big project is finishing the basement to make a man cave for Todd since I have my exercise room as well as possibly adding some more cabinets to our kitchen, a hood, and a backsplash.

Oh my! The new shower door looks amazing. It framed your shower a whole lot better than the previous one did. I'm actually warming up to the new look. Thanks for sharing that! All the best to you! :)
