My walking mileage is really starting to add up! I was surprised when I did the math and realized I had walked 25 miles this week! Now of course, I'd much rather that be my running mileage but I'll take it for now. Starting back to teaching Spin/TRX on Thursday although I'll be taking it relatively easy until I go back to the doctor in 2 weeks.
Monday: Walked 4 mi
Tuesday: Walked 3 mi
Wednesday: Walked 4 mi
Walked 2 mi w/ Lucy in the afternoon
Thursday: Walked 3 mi
Friday: Walked 3 mi
Saturday: Walked 2 mi w/ Lucy
Sunday: Walked 4 mi
TOTAL: Walked 25 mi!
