I walked what I consider to be a lot this week! The majority of my walks are pretty challenging on the treadmill and then the walks I take with Lucy & Todd are outside at a leisurely pace. I head back to the doctor tomorrow and am hoping to start adding in spinning to my workouts (basically I'll actually be able to get a work out in while I teach and then will also try to go to a class on the weekends).
