Weekly Recap: September 22-28

After I went to the doctor early last week, I was able to start actually adding some resistance to my bike while spinning (and actually get in a workout) as well as do some TRX and core exercises.  It's nice to add something else in besides just walking.

Monday: Walked 4 mi

Tuesday: "taught" 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: Walked 5 mi & did core exercises

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
walked 2 mi w/ Lucy

Friday: Walked 4 mi & did core exercises

Saturday: 45 min Spinning

Sunday: Rest

TOTAL: Walked 15 mi
