Weekly Recap: September 8-14

Never thought I'd be walking 4-5 miles on the treadmill on a regular basis.  Running, yes, but walking? Nope.  Surprisingly, I'm finding it to be a decent workout but as I walk more, I'm having to increase my speed to feel like I'm working as hard.  All my walks this week were between 4.3-4.5 mph and every 5-10 minutes, I'll bump up the incline to 6-10%. 

"Taught" my first Spin/TRX class in over 6 weeks but I barely had any resistance on the bike and only demoed the TRX exercises so I don't really think it counts as working out.

Monday: Walked 3 mi

Tuesday: Walked 4 mi

Wednesday: Walked 3 mi

Thursday: "taught" 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: Walked 3 mi

Saturday: Walked 5 mi

Sunday: Walked 3 mi

TOTAL: Walked 21 mi
