Boo at the Zoo

We had an extremely busy weekend but it was nice to take a couple hours on Sunday to let Lucy hang out with one of her friends, Olive.  Although, I should add, I'm pretty sure Todd & I were more excited to hang out with Olive's parents, Lynn & Nathan.  It was a beautiful day outside and it might have been one of the last weekend days with great weather so we decided to meet up at the Columbus Zoo for Boo at the Zoo.

Lucy & Olive wore their Halloween costumes (they were adorable...obviously) and while we attempted to go to the treat stations to get candy (primarily for me), it was way too crowded and Lucy wasn't happy when I ate her candy.  We ventured back over to the zoo area and decided to check out the Heart of Africa exhibit one more time before it closed for the rest of fall & winter and we finished our trip at the aquarium.

The cutest little piggy and lion you'll ever see....Lucy didn't like the hat part of her costume that had the pig face on it so we couldn't even get a picture with her in it, hopefully we have better luck on Friday for trick-or-treat
