Weekly Recap: October 20-26

I subbed an extra class this week and also took a new (to me) class at System of Strength yesterday called In the Mix, which was a mix between their Clocked class (cardio) and Control class (strength).

Monday: walked 4 mi on treadmill
taught 1 hr Spin Core

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: walked 3 mi on treadmill; 20 min Tabata workout

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 1 hr Control class at System of Strength
walked 2 mi w/ Lucy

Saturday: Rest

Sunday: 1 hr In the Mix class at System of Strength

TOTAL: walked 9 mi
