It felt good to get back into the routine after being in California for almost a week. One of my friends has been wanting to start working out again after having her second baby so I bought a 3 class pass for the barre3 studio in Powell and went with her on Friday morning. The great thing with barre3 is that they offer child care during certain class times so I was able to take Lucy and have some time to hang out with a friend.
Monday: 30 min Tabata workout @ hotel
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Wednesday: walked 3 min on treadmill; PiYo Strength Intervals
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Friday: walked 3 mi on treadmill; 1 hr barre3 class w/ Lauren
Saturday: 45 min Spinning
Sunday: 30 min Tabata workout; PiYo Buns
