Weekly Recap: February 2-8

The highlight of my workouts this week was the Clocked class I went to on Saturday morning.  It was pretty challenging (which I love) and I'm so happy that my back felt great the entire time (although I still modified a couple of the exercises just to be cautious) and still felt just as good the next day.  Hoping to add this class into my workout schedule a couple times/month just to mix things up.

Monday: 1 hr Pure Barre

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: Rest

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 45 min Spinning @ Y (on my own); 1 hr barre3 class

Saturday: 1 hr Clocked @ System of Strength

Sunday: 75 min Flex & Flow @ System of Strength
