Weekly Recap: March 23-29

I did a couple higher intensity workouts, a couple Spinning and Spin/TRX workouts, and finished the week with a hot yoga class.  I hadn't done yoga in a few months and it was tough!

Monday: 1 hr Clocked @ System of Strength

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 45 min Spinning; 3 mi walk/jog w/ Lucy (~32 min)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: Insanity Cardio Power & Resistance (40 min)

Saturday: 1 hr Clocked @ System of Strength

Sunday: 75 min Hot Power Flow Yoga
