I get into weird kicks where I can't get enough Spinning and this was one of those weeks--I taught 3 Spin/TRX classes and then did Spinning on my own another 2 days.
Monday: Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit (40 min)
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Wednesday: 45 min Spinning @ Y (on my own)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Friday: 1 hr Clocked @ System of Strength; 30 min Spinning @ Y (on my own)
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: taught 75 min Spin/TRX
