Monday: 45 min Spinning @ Y (on my own)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 45 min Spinning @ Y (on my own)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 1 hr High & Tight @ System of Strength; 20 min Cardio Tabata workout @ home

Saturday: 45 min Spinning @ Y (on my own)

Sunday: Insanity Pure Cardio w/ Todd
