Weekly Recap: April 6-12

Even though it's finally warmed up a bit, it rained almost every day this week so I never made it out on a walk or walk/jog with Lucy in the afternoon.  I had a good mix of workouts this week though and have been subbing an extra class for the past couple weeks and will do the same this week.

Monday: Insanity Pure Cardio w/ Todd

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 1 hr Clocked @ System of Strength

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: taught 1 hr TRX; 40 min Spinning @ Y (on my own)

Saturday: 45 min Spinning @ Y (on my own)

Sunday: 75 min Flex & Flow @ System of Strength
