I finally got out for a run outside with Lucy in the jogging stroller and my back has been feeling pretty good. I'd love to try to run outside at some point without pushing the jogging stroller because I feel like my form is totally different and it'd be more comfortable (and maybe not as much strain on my back) to run by myself. I also taught 4 classes this week and did some Spinning on my own.
Monday: 45 min Spinning @ Y (on my own)
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Wednesday: Insanity Power Cardio & Resistance w/ Todd (40 min); 3 mi walk/jog w/ Lucy
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Friday: taught 1 hr TRX; 40 min Spinning @ Y (on my own)
Sunday: taught 75 min Spin/TRX
