I got a little creative with a few of my workouts this week as I did some circuits & a Tabata-style workout at home. I had also forgotten about the step mill machine at the Y somehow the past few months and 15 minutes on that thing kicked my butt! Definitely need to start adding that in a bit more.
Monday: 3 mi walk/jog (10:55 pace) + 30 min strength/cardio circuit
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Wednesday: 45 min Spinning @ Y (on my own) + core workout
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Friday: 45 min cardio (15 min step mill + 30 min elliptical) + core workout
Saturday: 2 mi walk/jog (11:07 pace) + 40 min Spinning @ Y (on my own)
Sunday: 30 min Tabata workout
