I've really been loving my variety of workouts later which is funny because a couple years ago it seems like all I did was run & teach and I loved that. I'm also really enjoying barre3 classes and will be sad when my free month is over. I might buy a class pass if they ever have a deal on those but otherwise, I can't justify spending that much money on each workout (classes are $20 each!).
Monday: 1 hr cardio (45 min Spinning + 15 min Step mill)
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX; taught 45 min Cardio/Strength circuit for work
Wednesday: 3 mi (9:27 pace) & Insanity Cardio Power & Resistance (40 min) w/ Todd; 1 hr barre3
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Friday: 1 hr Clocked @ System of Strength; 3 mi (9:23 pace)
Saturday: 3 mi (9:21 pace); 1 hr barre3
Sunday: Rest
