Still taking advantage of my free month of barre3 for the next couple weeks, went to a couple SOS classes, taught, and ran a couple days.
Monday: 1 hr Clocked @ System of Strength; 1 hr barre3
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Wednesday: 4 mi (9:23 pace); 1 hr barre3
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Friday: 1 hr Clocked @ System of Strength; 30 min Spinning + 30 min core class @ Y
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: 4 mi (9:12 pace)
