Weekly Recap: July 27-August 2

I felt really good this week and was able to actually run twice (and not just do a walk/jog) and take a Clocked class at System of Strength.

Monday: 45 min cardio (30 min Spinning + 15 min step mill) + core workout
 
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 3 mi (9:41 pace) + 30 min strength/cardio circuit

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX; 30 min Spinning @ Y (on my own)

Friday: 1 hr Clocked  @ System of Strength; 30 min elliptical

Saturday: 4 mi (9:30 pace); taught 1 hr TRX

Sunday: Rest

TOTAL: 7 mi
