Summer Fridays

It's hard to believe that summer is already winding down this year but it was exactly what I was hoping for and more. Since I'm off on Fridays, Lucy & I had plenty of time to enjoy the warm weather (once the rain finally ended in July) and we stayed busy having fun!

We took a walk to Tim Hortons for tim bits one morning

Yum!

We colored

We danced at story time at the library

We played with Play Doh

We made a mess

We played at the kids' area at the mall

We went to Zoombezi Bay

Cheese!

We went to the Y (every time we leave, Lucy has to run over to this fencing, lean against it, and say cheese so I can take her picture....I have like 8 pictures of her doing this same thing but in different outfits)

We went to Zoombezi Bay again

We went to the park

We played with sidewalk chalk on the driveway

We had play dates

We even had our friends come and spend the night!

We went to the zoo and feed the giraffes

We brushed the goats in the petting zoo

We played on some animal sculptures

And we held hands on the carousel

I wish we could do it all over again!  Although I will admit, I am a tiny bit excited for fall activities like going to the pumpkin patch and the Circleville Pumpkin Show.
