Weekly Recap: August 31-September 6

After raving about T&J No Limit Fitness last week, I failed to make it back again this week but had good reason.  I typically could make it to their morning classes on Monday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday but I had to work at 4:00 AM on Monday and subbed classes at PAI on Friday & Sunday morning.  As for Saturday morning, I wanted an earlier class to go to so we could get to Zoombezi Bay when they opened so I went to System of Strength instead.

Monday: 4 mi (8:56 pace) + 20 min Tabata workout

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 4 mi (8:51 pace)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX


Friday: taught 1 hr TRX; 45 min Spinning @ Y


Saturday: 1 hr Clocked @ System of Strength


Sunday: taught 1 hr SpinCore
