I'm feeling pretty good running 10-15 miles/week and have noticed that I'm finally able to run under 9:00 min pace comfortably. I'm happy where I'm at with my running and don't plan on increasing mileage or speed any time soon.
Monday: 4 mi (8:41 pace)
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX; 1 hr Blast class @ T&J No Limit Fitness
Wednesday: 4 mi (8:41 pace)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Friday: 40 min elliptical + 10 min core workout
Saturday: 4 mi (8:34 pace) + 15 min strength workout
Sunday: Rest
