I was hoping to get in some longer workouts on Wednesday and Saturday but I had a few early mornings for work (had to be in at 3:45 AM) so I ended up "sleeping in" a bit on those mornings and had to cut my workouts short.
Monday: 1 hr Shred @ T&J No Limit Fitness
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Wednesday: 4 mi (8:42 pace)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Friday: 1 hr Blast @ T&J No Limit Fitness
Saturday: 4 mi (8:29 pace)
Sunday: Rest
